Bob has 35 years service with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. As manager of Ontario's Wood Measurement Program, Bob chaired the committee that produced "The Scaling Audit Reference Manual". As Senior Head Office Manager he was responsible for programs at the local and provincial level with industry and government. Bob currently operates FRMC inc., a well known Forest Industry Management Consulting firm.

Karin has several years in forestry, fifteen years in the legal field with administrative accountability. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated team building and leadership qualities. Karin has recently completed the Instructional Techniques for New Instructors Workshop and plans to offer training within her areas of expertise
